New School Year / 3,500 Students Join Our Schools in Displacement Areas
As a new school year begins under dire humanitarian conditions of hunger, thirst, and the absence of basic necessities, Wafaa Almohsenin Schools welcomed more than 3,500 students in both morning and afternoon shifts, ensuring that as many children as possible can continue their education.
This achievement comes at a time when more than 90% of schools in Gaza have been destroyed, depriving tens of thousands of children of their right to education for the third consecutive year.
During several visits, UNICEF classified Wafaa Almohsenin Schools among the best schools in displacement areas, recognizing the quality of education provided and the safe learning environment created for children.
This recognition renews hope for displaced families and reinforces that education is a right that must endure even in the harshest crises, as Wafaa Almohsenin Charity remains steadfast in its educational and humanitarian mission.
